What kind of testing do CACTi PCs undergo before shipping?
Every CACTi PC undergoes a rigorous 24-hour stress test and benchmarking process to ensure stability, thermal efficiency, and peak performance before it leaves our facility.
How long will it take to receive my custom build?
Standard builds typically ship within 5-7 business days. Custom liquid-cooled or high-end configurations may take 10-14 business days to allow for meticulous assembly and testing.
Do your PCs come with a warranty?
Yes, all CACTi PCs include a 2-year comprehensive warranty covering parts and labor, along with lifetime technical support from our expert in-house team.
What is your return policy for electronics?
We offer a 30-day return window for all standard systems. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. Please note that custom-configured builds may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We use specialized protective foam packaging to ensure your PC arrives safely regardless of the distance.
Can I upgrade my CACTi PC in the future without voiding the warranty?
Absolutely. We build our systems using standard off-the-shelf components to ensure easy upgradability. Opening your case to add storage or RAM will not void your warranty.
